About this Event
Teacher Training
This training is designed for students who want a clear, steady pathway into teaching that prioritizes integration, presence, and real readiness over speed or accumulation.
I offer this training as a flexible, relationship-based process. Rather than a fixed start-to-finish schedule, students work toward their chosen program through a combination of reading, live Labs, applied practice, and ongoing dialogue. This allows the training to meet you where you are, while still holding clear standards for completion and readiness.
Each program of study is rooted in a specific foundational book. Your reading becomes the spine of your training, and live sessions are where the material is explored through discussion, inquiry, and applied teaching skills. Labs are offered regularly and may be attended live or revisited through recordings, depending on the session.
In addition to Labs, I host regular Office Hours. These sessions are designed to be conversational and community-oriented. Students are welcome to come and go as needed rather than stay for the entire session. Some arrive with specific questions, others listen, reflect, or connect with peers. This flexible format supports integration, reduces pressure, and creates space for meaningful connection.
Before beginning, we connect through an initial interview. This conversation helps clarify your goals, learning style, availability, and intended timeline. From there, I help you map a realistic training rhythm that fits your life while keeping you steadily moving forward.
Throughout the process, I offer checkpoints to support progress, answer questions, and assess readiness for certification. Completion is not about clocking hours alone. It is about clarity, confidence, and the ability to guide others with presence and responsibility.
Students who wish to continue beyond certification may apply for ongoing mentorship, including private sessions and longer-term study pathways.
This training is well suited for students who value depth, flexibility, and thoughtful guidance, and who are looking for both guidance and connection as they develop their teaching.
If this approach resonates, I invite you to begin by selecting your program, engaging with the book, and joining Labs and Office Hours as you move toward completion.
