About this Event
Join us for a quiet and grounding Mother’s Day experience at Edge Yoga School.
This afternoon is designed as a space to rest, receive, and reconnect.
We will begin with a warm tea service, allowing you to settle into the space without rush. From there, you will be guided into stillness through a gentle sound bath, offering the nervous system an opportunity to soften and reset.
Following the sound experience, we will move into a short period of quiet reflection with an Ayurveda-inspired journaling prompt. There is no pressure to write or share. This is simply an invitation to listen inward.
We will close with tea and a soft transition back into the day.
This offering is open to all. No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed.
You are welcome to come alone or bring someone you love.

Agenda
Arrival + Tea
Info: You are invited to arrive, settle in, and enjoy a warm cup of tea. The space will be softly prepared for you. There is no rush.
Welcome + Grounding
Info: We will begin with a brief welcome and a few gentle breaths to help you arrive fully into the space.
Sound Bath
Info: You will be guided into a comfortable, supported resting position as you receive a calming sound experience designed to support relaxation and ease.
Rest + Integration
Info: Following the sound experience, you will have time to rest quietly and allow the body and mind to settle.
Ayurveda-Inspired Journaling
Info: You will be offered a simple, optional journaling prompt inspired by Ayurveda. You may choose to write, reflect quietly, or simply rest.
Closing Tea + Soft Connection
Info: We will close with tea. You are welcome to sit in quiet reflection or enjoy light conversation.
Gentle Transition
Info: A gentle transition as we close our time together.
