You’ll also hear from Irish wellness brand OAC Snacks as they share simple lifestyle tips and their journey, just as they approach their birthday. Enjoy OAC snacks tastings too!
This is followed by sim golf with David Kearney - whether you’re a total beginner or just in it for the fun!
You’ll head home with goodie bags from SGGC and Club Pilates, and get a first look at our new SGGC x Club Pilates Sandyford merch.
