What to Expect:

π Dress comfortably and bring water. Eye mask and pillow are optional.
Blankets and yoga mats are available, but feel free to bring your own yoga or fitness mat, or any additional blankets you may want.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up your space and minimize distractions during the session.
