Escape from the stress and pressure of everyday life and retreat to a safe space where you can rest, relax and realign.
Indulge in a 2 hour immersive experience at the ambience and tranquility of the Healing House. You will be surrounded by peace, sheltered by the protective energy of various precious stones and bathed in sooting sounds and vibrations for deeper re-charging and relaxation.
Our souls harbour our deepest emotions and are the engines of our physical bodies, yet they often get overlooked. Toni will take you on a magical journey to realign your mind, body and soul and bring them back to their natural state of harmony.
Toni will begin the session with a simple, yet powerful breath work guiding you into grounding and tuning in. The voyage will continue with meditation to set intentions and prepare you to completely surrender to the power of sounds and vibrations from alchemy crystal bowls, chimes, rainstick and shamanic drum. You will be able to release and let go of the things that no longer serve you. The vibrations will penetrate deeply into the body, clearing away any blockages and allowing for the divine flow to nurture and rebalance your energy centres. You will leave the retreat feeling calm, peaceful, yet with a clear mind, ready to face the challenges of the hectic world outside.

-people with noise sensitivity
-yongsters under the age of 16
-pregnant women in their first trimester
-strictly no alcohol or other substance misuse before this session

Toni combines her skills as breathwok, meditation and yoga teacher and sound healer to create safe space and deliver magical experiences. Toni uses sounds and vibrations masterfully to clear stagnant blockages and re centre your energy channels. Working with Toni will help you alter your life for the better, creating balance in your existence, adapting your way of perceiving, responding and acting. You will notice significant mental changes like calmness, acceptance, inner strength, resilience and stability. You will learn to trust your inner wisdom and be more present.
