Sunday Sound Bath Experience at @RASCALS

This Sunday session will take you on a journey through sound.

Please arrive at 11.25 to set up your space so we can begin promplty.

Bring a yoga mat, blankets and cushion.

Eye mask is optional👌🏻

Make yourself as comfortable as possible so you can experience full relaxation.

Fluffy socks recommended 😉

No experience needed, the goal is relaxation.

There is also the option to head downstairs for lunch afterwards. You can check out the menu on RASCALS website.

Please note, there are stairs to the Loft where the event will take place.
