A call out for soma-nauts and soma-nerds. A monthly event for you who are curious to dive a little deeper into somatic practices and exploring the felt sense of being a body. One Sunday a month we’ll gather for a journey exploring the different languages that make up this orchestra of our body. Incorporating different somatic practices and drawing on inspiration from the seasonal cycles, we’ll explore, unwind, move and be in community.
Every session will start with an introduction, followed by a movement journey and finish with a sharing to come a little closer to each other and the experiences that moved through.
You need no previous experience to join - just a willingness to explore and to get curious about the landscape of your Soma. There will be a limited number of spots for each event so make sure to get yours.
Price: 300 DKK (one session) // 750 DKK (three sessions paid together)
