Sunday Slowdown, lovingly hosted by Laura and Tom of Found in Sound, is a sonic sanctuary for rest, release, and reconnection — it’s an invitation to clear emotional noise, sit in stillness, and realign with your natural state of harmony through the transformative power of sound. This session begin with a grounding meditation accompanied by the grounding rhythm of the drum — helping you arrive fully in your body and the present.
From here, you're immersed in a rich tapestry of healing sounds, chosen for their therapeutic vibrations and effect on the nervous system - all played with intention, using harmonic tones and intervals to restore a sense of harmony within, encourage cellular symmetry and the body's innate self-healing ability.
Often these sound bath dates coincide with important celestial events or moon phases to magnify intention & energy. During the winter, they are also lit by candlelight.
As part of your after care, you’ll receive a herbal 'peace' tea to take home with you.
