Sunday Sessions are back in Dalston!

Happy to be bringing back Sunday sessions from 4pm to 6pm. Come and wind down from the week just gone, or get ready for the week ahead. We will start with breathwork, move onto a yin practice and then finish with a sound bath.

There are just 10 spaces available so book early to get a spot and leave the rest to me!
