Kia ora!
My name is Hannah, and I am the founder of Healing Through Kōrero, a holistic well-being service based in Dunedin.
To answer the question, "who am I?" truthfully, I would say that I am love, with love being the frequency of creation and at our core, all that any of us truly are. From a more physical human (programmed) perspective, I would say that I am an empowered woman that is truly passionate about all things related to healing and transformation, and that I am immensely grateful to call my passions "work". In saying that, I always have and always will work harder on my own healing that anyone else, and this has seen me grow immensely in my practice over the past three years.
To put it simply, I assist people to connect to the core essence of themselves, to heal, and to integrate. In doing this consistently, we are able to de-program ourselves, release trauma, and integrate the parts of our soul that have been fragmented over millions of lifetimes of trauma and incarnation. The benefits of this are profound and affect us multidimensionally, resulting in immense and positive shifts in our internal and external experience.
My background began in Clinical Psychology and over a number of years expanded into Reiki training, NLP and Life Coach certification, and more recently Pranayama Breathwork Instructor certification. With my own healing came the activation of my Light Language, as well as the abilities to channel, connect to and heal past (concurrent) lifetimes, work through the consciousness of time to help heal and retrieve fragments, channel self, and work energetically through all layers of one's being to clear, balance, and ground. Ultimately, I believe in empowering my clients to connect to their innate ability to channel and heal themselves (which from my perspective is far more beneficial in the long-term).
