Special for Sundays, an extended practice with our most experienced instructors, including somatic movement, flow yoga, pranayama, and meditation. This month, it's with Bryony, our studio founder and senior trainer with 16 years of teaching experience.
90 minutes to move & breathe in a beautiful yoga space, Sunday service is really a luxury yoga experience, with underfloor heating, lovely props, and a surround sound system for an uplifting flow, followed by relaxation & live sound bath with a range of instruments.
Suitable for everyone and including dynamic vinyasa, you'll have the opportunity to work on your strength and flexibility before gradually unwinding into deep and nourishing restorative yoga and Nidra.
Each teacher will introduce a theme for the class, such as a peak posture, a core teaching of yoga philosophy, or a seasonal element. You'll be guided through this theme before a relaxing sound bath savasana using Tibetan singing bowls and the symphonic gong.
Essential oils and all the props you'll need to destress and leave feeling refreshed & rejuvenated.
