Let us look after you for an afternoon of nurturing rest.
We arrive for tea and fresh fruit before a seasonally themed yoga class, including some flow into restorative, breathwork, and meditation. All levels are welcome; your instructor, Bryony, is an accessible yoga teacher, a senior practitioner & an experienced yoga therapist.
Lunch is a vegetarian plate of curry, dhal, and sides, made with locally grown organic vegetables and homemade chutneys.
After lunch, a sound bath in our luxurious Moon studio with bolsters and props galore, as well as underfloor heating to keep you cosy.
We'll send you home with a sweet treat in hand, feeling nourished and refreshed.
