This Self Care Sunday Club is going to be a super relaxed session, focusing on YOUR wellbeing. Creating an opportunity for you to RECHARGE from your week.
I will create a Supportive Space, where you can Engage in Self Care Activities, that give you a Sense of Purpose and Self Growth.
Connect with like-minded people, be Inspired and be an Inspiration to others.
Fostering Emotional Health, focusing on Self Compassion, Kindness and Gratitude.
Setting Intentions, Creating Goals, Mindfulness & Meditation improves Mental Clarity & Reduces Stress
Each Session, We will have a different Topic and will include: Meditation, Breathwork, Crystals, Aromatherapy, Journaling, gentle Movement, Chakra Healing to name but a few.
We will create a Ritual for ourselves to nourish & help ground us into the space either with a cup of homemade Chai or Cacao & some sweet treats.

£25 (5 Sunday Self Care Membership will be available @ £20 per month, this will also give you 20% Discount on any @Healing Willow Treatments, Events & Sound Baths)
