Soundbaths are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy, or if you experience ‘sound-induced epilepsy’ or have a ‘severe mental health condition’ that may be triggered by sound.

💌 Spaces are limited to a max of 18 people, they tend to fill up VERY QUICKLY so early booking is encouraged. I also have a few hammocks available so arrive promptly if you want one 😉
