Hello and Welcome! This was created for those who get those Sunday Scaries, anxiety or overwhelm and need some support and regulation! I often felt like this and didn't know where to start at the end of a Sunday. This is 4 week self-paced virtual program to help with relief from those Sunday scaries and build confidence, routine and calm. It is designed for Sundays but can be done at any time, at your pace.
Each week includes:
-A Guided Meditation or Breathwork session
-Journaling worksheet to reflect and clearly set up your week
-A weekly challenge to build resilience and self trust
-Bonus resources such as grounding playlists and a breathwork recording to keep!
You will be more regulated and organized-creating your own effective Reset ritual at the end of the 4 weeks!
