What to expect during my signature group sound bath:
Step into a space that feels calm, welcoming, and connected. You’ll be invited to get comfortable, either sitting or lying down, as I guide you through a meditation and into a sound bath using quartz crystal singing bowls, designed to help you relax, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. The session ends with optional sharing of your experience and an oracle card pull for you to take home as a closing message.
How to prepare:
- Please arrive up to 15min early to set up and get grounded prior to the session.
- Please wear comfortable clothing
- Yoga mats are available, however, please bring anything else you need to be comfortable laying on the ground such as a camping mat, trifold mattress, or extra yoga mat for added support.
- Please bring any other items to enhance your comfort such as a pillow, blanket, eye mask, and water
- Since the frequency will be moving energy through your body, it's important to stay hydrated before and after your journey.
- Feel free to bring a journal to write down any insights you receive.

- Paid parking is available beside the building.
- There is also various free parking spots in the area

Carmen is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner based in Calgary, Alberta, offering both group and 1:1 sound healing sessions in person and virtually. Each session is intentionally held and includes a guided meditation paired with the healing frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls, creating a calm and supportive space for the nervous system to settle.
