About this Event
Calling all students - don't miss out on this magical (discounted) experience! Grab your friends and get your tickets to see the spring play on Wednesday April 22 at 3:00 pm. Remember to bring your student ID for entry. Join us in Urinetown, a place where people need to pay to pee, hopes and dreams are hard to find, and satire hides around every corner.
Urinetown Synopsis (from Broadway.com):
"In this side-splitting satire [...], a young hero fights to create change in a dystopian world where water is scarce and “Hope” is even scarcer. Set in a city facing a drought, all citizens must now pay a fee for “The Privilege to Pee” at one of the public facilities controlled by a selfish tycoon."
Doors to the theatre will open for seating at 3:00, right at the end of Period 4! The show will begin at 3:30, with a short 10 minute intermission between Act 1 and Act 2.
Robert Thirsk students only!
Urinetown is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI. www.mtishows.com
