Sunday Reset | A Quiet Space to Rest (Mother’s Day Sound Bath)

You’re invited to a gentle sound bath created as a space to slow down, rest, and settle.

This Mother’s Day, we’re holding a quiet and supportive space —

for rest, for reflection, and for simply being.

Whether this day feels light, full, emotional, or somewhere in between,

you’re welcome to come exactly as you are.

This experience uses singing bowls and soft sound to create a calm, spacious environment where there is no expectation to meditate, perform, or achieve anything.

This is not about doing — it’s about allowing yourself to rest.

There is no talking or sharing required. You’re always welcome to step out, shift your position, or simply listen in whatever way feels comfortable for you.

Duration: 60 minutes

Capacity: Limited to up to13 participants, to support a calm and spacious experience

What to bring:

• Yoga mat (thicker ones for your own comfort)

• Blanket

• Pillow

At the end of the session, you are welcome to receive an intuitive oracle card as a quiet reflection if you wish.

This is a general wellness experience and not a form of therapy or medical treatment.

This sound bath is offered by Sherry.

Sherry is a registered counsellor and drawn to sound, presence, and intuitive ways of creating calm and grounded spaces. Her approach is gentle and spacious, allowing things to unfold naturally without pressure or expectation.

This offering is rooted in simplicity, trust, and respect for each person’s own inner experience.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or receive a credit for a future session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
