Hello Miami 🌴 This one’s for the crowd who know chemistry isn’t polite — it’s felt. Expect dim lights, decadent flavors, and a table full of singles who are here for eye contact that lingers just a second too long.
Join us at Giselle Miami on Sunday, March 15 for a curated singles dinner from 8:30–10:30PM. Age-matched tables mean you're seated with people who match your energy — so the tension can build naturally.
Start with cocktails at our Singles Happy Hour at 6PM, ease into dinner, and if you're still not ready to end the night — the bar’s late night happy hour begins at 12AM.
Stay out. Stay curious.

A curated group of singles seated together for a chef-driven dinner meant to be shared — plates, glances, stories, maybe a little trouble.

What To Expect

If your plans change after purchasing a ticket, please let us know on instagram @thursday.miami so we can offer your spot to someone else. We want to make sure the dinner feels lively and full, and nobody misses out. No-showing may result in you being unable to attend future Thursday dinners.

Reservation name: Thursday Singles Dinner
All tickets purchased online only.
Arrive for 8:30PM: Food orders will start at 15 minutes past start time.
Once food orders are completed we cannot seat anyone who comes in late.
No-Shows: Without prior notification to @thursday.miami, not showing up may result in you being unable to attend future Thursday dinners.
No refunds. All tickets must be purchased online.
