COOL OUT SUNCool Out Sun is a cross-cultural project spearheaded by N’fa Jones & Sensible J, blending Traditional HipHop, Afro Beat and Afro soul. The beats provocative, the lyrics powerfully imaginative; the music lets the spirit move you with cultural connection shared in song.
Since their conception, Cool Out Sun have been turning heads all over the country from their 2018 debut single “Fire For (Fire Four)” to their sophomore release A LION IS A LION voted #10 on Double J radio’s top 50 albums of 2024 to their live show with their stunning visuals that have had living rooms and venues turn dance floor.

The release of their highly anticipated albums led to international radio play, festival bookings at WOMAD and Port Fairy Folk Festival, Melbourne International Jazz, Strawberry Fields, Melbourne International Food and Wine,New Years On The Hill, Ocean Sounds among many others, and multiple Music Victoria Award nominations .
The collective invites a range of artist’s influences to collaborate during live shows (Immy Owusu), diversifying an ever changing, seasonal soundscape in world/roots/hip hop music displaying the groups creative diversity, range and freedom.
jade//vision
jade//vision is a collective of Boorloo and Walyalup-based musicians, artists and DJs, developing community through collaborative live events, records and music curation that delivers on the promise of what jazz can be for contemporary audiences.
The “jade//vision live” collective features some of Perth’s premier instrumentalists, vocalists and MCs such as Marley Donnan-Cook, Josh Chan (Demon Days), POW! Negro! (Superego, People Taking Pictures), Cruz Patterson, Sasha Britto (Butter, 1800sleep) and Mali Jo$e, building on elements of alt-jazz, rap, hip-hop, nu-soul and polyrhythmic grooves throughout their improvised sets to create a distinctly unique and unpredictable performance every time.
In just 12-months, they have built a dedicated local following for their seasonal residency shows at Patio Bar, headlined RTRFM’s Radiothon Party at The Rechabite, contributed to club nights around town including Ningaloo Records Hard Jazz, featured on bills for the Fremantle Biennale, Hidden Treasures and in December 2025, toured Naarm/Melbourne for their interstate debut.
