Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Studio One at The Bluecoat! Our Sunday Morning Sound Journey event will transport you to a state of deep relaxation through the power of sound.
A sound journey is a carefully crafted sound journey that combines meditation, sound scapes and a range of healing instruments to bring you into a state of deep rest. Allow yourself the opportunity to relax and balance the body and mind.
Sound healing isn’t just relaxing, it supports better sleep, reduces anxiety, and helps you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and at peace.

What to bring:
We will provide yoga mats. Bring a cushion and blanket (and an eyemask if you wish) to help you get cosy in the space.
