Instruments are typically played from one place but can occasionally be brought closer and played over your body.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket, and cushion to stay warm and comfortable. Some mats may be available. Most participants lie down, but some prefer sitting in a chair. No prior experience or effort is needed—everyone is welcome.
