Sunday Morning Sound Bath

Sundays are for self care! Come for the perfect mind, body, soul reset with a soothing Sound Bath!

Come if you need to quiet your mind, find your center, need some healing, some time just for you. Come if you don't know what you need, but you know you need something.

Sound healing is one of the most effective and effortless healing modalities one could experience. All you need to do is lay down, close your eyes, breathe and open to receive. Scroll down to learn more about the benefits of Sound Healing.

Please arrive a few minutes early. You are welcome to make yourself a cup of tea or pull an Oracle card. The sound bath is 45-55 minutes long. All are welcome!

Yoga mats and floor cushions are provided. You are welcome to bring anything you need to be comfy laying on a Yoga mat (for example a blanket, pillow, eye cover, additional cushions). There is a futon available for anyone who would like to use it.

Attendance is $22.22 all fees included. Space is limited to 10 beautiful souls, please claim your spot as soon as possible if you plan to attend.

Sunday Sound Baths at Metanoia Toolbox are being facilitated by Sasha Marie for the month of April.

Sasha Marie is a sound medicine facilitator, mentor, and founder of The Rooted Response. Her own journey through loss, burnout, and healing showed her the power of sound to restore what words alone could not.
Through crystal bowls, voice and other healing frequencies, she creates spaces of grounding, regulation, and renewal for others walking their own path back home to themselves. Connect with her on instagram @therootedresponse
