Join Lisa McDonald RYT for a weekly Sunday morning class at the new location of Project 7 Yoga. Classes are in the building directly behind the street facing building. This a yoga flow class, moving through poses to strengthen the body and stretch the muscles. We end the class with a relaxing meditation. It's the perfect way to start your Sunday! This class is perfect for all levels of yoga, offering easy challenges for any body!
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in, pay for classes and find a space to practice. Free mats for use.
