We’re honored to welcome Asinia and Augusta for this special offering:
Asinia, a familiar face at Quang Minh Temple, has practiced across Japan and Thailand, learning from diverse Buddhist traditions. He will guide a simple breath meditation, inviting us to sit together in stillness and presence.
Augusta, a Grant Park neighbor and returning guide, will lead a soothing sound bath experience—using crystal bowls and gentle tones to help you relax, release, and reset. Many in our community have experienced her calming sessions before and know how powerful they can be.
This session is open to all, whether you're brand new or have an established practice. Come as you are.

🙏 Temple Etiquette:
Please wear clothing that covers shoulders and knees. When seated in the Buddha Hall, avoid pointing your feet toward the altar as a sign of respect.
Take an hour to slow down and reconnect—with yourself and with others.
Free & open to the public, offerings to the temple are welcome 🌼
