It was Francaโs school bus driver who brought her in touch with electronic music and made her buy her first vinylโs. That was in 1996, at the age of ten. Many years and records later, Franca is loved around the globe for her energetic, creative and groove-driven dj-sets. She knows how to conquer the dance floor, moving with her audience, listening carefully and always staying three records ahead of the crowd. She maintains a constant level of energy, playing on the fringes of house and techno. Itโs no wonder why Francaโs fans give her their undivided attention at each and every show, and with one thrust of her arm to the air, you will remember why you love music and why you love to dance all over again.
Franca was born in Munich, musically-raised in Cologne and now lives in Amsterdam. She is part of the Feines Tier agency, based in Cologne. She has just recently become a resident DJ at the famous Kater Blau club in Berlin. Also she holds residencies at the Feines Tier and WIR Schwestern parties in Cologne, as well as being part of the Confetteria collective in Amsterdam- The very same collective that was responsible for the legendary Shoeless Festivals and Alter Ego parties.
Inspired by the musical curiosity of her guitarist father, who never ceased rocking her with Jimmy Hendrix, this French woman perfected her musical culture by practicing guitar and the piano for years. It is at the start of a live performance of Miss Kittin and The Hacker that she discovers electronic music at the beginning of the millenium: it is love at first sight.
For 10 years, she skims the dancefloors of many European clubs and festivals and it is finally in 2015 that she goes behind the decks for the first time. After being interested in several styles, this young Lyonnaise eventually turns to electronica, indie dance and deep techno sounds.
In 2019, she founded Critical Monday @criticalmondayrecords with Damon Jee: an independent electronic music label somewhere between rock and techno, definitely club orientated.

This grounding offering will be in honor of the theme to the Crown Chakra, associated with spiritual connection, universal consciousness, and service to the world. As we connect with the sacred union of breath we will be guided by the sounds of shamanic drums, nature sounds, bowls, and more. Hamilton will be a bridge to guide inspiration through breath and sound as we open the doors to higher states of awareness.
