Sofia is a modern-day Curandererismo/Energy Healing Practitioner and Teacher.
She was fortunate and blessed to grow up within 'the practice' in a spiritually metaphysical friendly home/family. From a very young age her maternal grandmother a Mixtec indigenous woman from Oaxaca and sought out 'Grandmother' taught her how to connect with people, nature & spirit. Through the generational teachings of her family, past/current mentors and her constant search for spiritual/personal growth she blends a combination of different healing modalities to help address any physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances.
She enjoys helping & teaching others how to bring healing to their own bodies and life; assisting and empowering people with the tools and guidance so that they can step into their own magic.
With over 25yrs of experience Sofia is here to create a safe space where you can heal, feel seen, heard and valued.
Limited parking available behind the church. On Saturdays, Sundays and evenings ONLY parking is available at the doctors office parking lot located on the NW corner of 15th Ave and Encanto Blvd or at Encanto Park.
