[OBS! This class is hosted and taught by the Karate club ENSO-people in a collaboration with Rört. Before you sign up for Sunday Fight, we recommend that you have joined the Rört class "Friday Fight" with Tobias a few times]Sunday fight is about surrendering to the depth of martial arts technique. Get a sense of the texture and thought behind what we teach you at the Friday fight classes. We will draw on kata choreographies, anatomic explanations, and dare to do repetition so the techniques are ingrained in your muscle memory and do not get forgotten.
Sunday fight gives you the teachings you need to level up your martial arts game and make the Friday classes feel full of flow and release.
ABOUT ENSO PEOPLE
Enso People is a Copenhagen-based Karate club who are collaborating with Rört in making martial arts more accessible to yogis and yoga more accessible to hard-core martial arts practitioners. The founder of Enso, Tobias Brask, has been practicing karate since the age of five, lived in Japan training for his black belt. Either Tobias or one of the other Enso trainers will teach the Sunday Fight class.
