Sunday DEEP is the latest expansion to the Rört schedule and features a senior teacher guiding a 120 minute deep dive into a corner of their field. Taking place on Sundays - the vibe will be chilled and there will be no grand learning ambitions. Much more the focus is on the experience, the journey and the deep dive itself. Experience Living Yolates through breathwork, meditation, and movement designed to open your entire body. This session focuses on grounding and connecting with the Earth element—inviting flow, joy, and balance between the masculine and feminine energies within.
Aligned with the energy of late summer, this class blends yoga, Pilates, dance, and energy work to help you find your center. You’ll leave feeling deeply connected, strong from the inside out, and confidently balanced between awareness and action—between the feminine and masculine forces that live within us all.
We close the session with deep stretches, grounding energy work, and a long, healing savasana.
ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Mikkala Kissi is professional dancer, yoga and pilates instructor, certified nutrition therapist, kinesiologist and body master as well as the founder of Living Yolates: a holistic training method combining the best of yoga, pilates, dance, meditation and energy work.
