We’re gathering to co-create the next evolution of our Sunday Dance — a space where music, movement, and connection come alive through all of us.
Come move in any way that feels natural to you. No choreography. No gurus. No expectations. Just rhythm, breath, and community. Dress up or dress down!
This time, we’re inviting you to help shape the soundtrack. Please share one song you love to move to in our Facebook group by Monday, April 6th— we’ll weave your tracks into our community setlist!

This event will be a fundraiser for the Minwaashin Lodge.
Mission:
"Minwaashin Lodge provides a range of programs and services to First Nations, Inuit and Métis women and children (regardless of status) who are survivors of domestic and other forms of violence, and who may also be suffering the effects of the residential school system. All programs and services are provided in the context of cultural beliefs and values to ensure a holistic approach is used as part of the healing journey..."
