About this Event
We’re excited to invite young girls (ages 7–14) to a fun, supportive, and beginner-friendly strength training workshop at ELVT Studio 💜
This session is designed to help teens build confidence, learn proper strength training techniques, and develop a positive relationship with movement in a safe and welcoming environment.
During the workshop, participants will:
- Learn the basics of strength training in a guided session
- Build confidence using gym equipment safely
- Move their bodies in a fun, encouraging group setting
- Take part in a short discussion on healthy habits and simple ways to feel their best at home
Our goal is to create a space where young girls feel strong, supported, and empowered, while learning skills they can carry with them long-term.
