Sun Sculpt: Outdoor Mat Pilates

Join us for a 45-minute beginner-friendly mat Pilates class designed to strengthen, tone, and lengthen your entire body. This low-impact, full-body workout focuses on core stability, glute activation, posture, and controlled movement to build endurance and lean muscle.

Held outdoors in Phoenix, we’ll embrace the natural Arizona sun to create a gently heated experience that enhances flexibility, circulation, and muscle engagement. Expect intentional breathwork, minimal equipment, and smart sequencing that leaves you feeling strong, aligned, and energized.

Modifications and progressions will be offered, making this class accessible for beginners while still effective and challenging.

All genders and levels welcome.

• Yoga or Pilates mat

• Water (hydration is key in the sun)

• 2–5 lb hand weights (optional)

• Light ankle weights (optional)

• Light to medium resistance band (some bands available for use)

• Face & mat towel

• Sunscreen ( recommended)
