Join us for a grounding afternoon of herbal tea, meditation, and intention setting as we gather to honor the Summer Solstice — the season of light, growth, abundance, and renewal.
Hosted by Sacred Cycle Herbs at Halo Salt Sanctuary, this 90-minute experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and step intentionally into the energy of summer.
Together we will:
- settle into guided meditation
- ground in the healing atmosphere of the salt room
- reflect and set seasonal intentions
- connect in community
- enjoy and herbal tea curated for the summer solstice
- and leave with a cup of summer tea
The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, a time traditionally associated with vitality, expansion, clarity, and renewal. This experience is designed to help you pause, breathe deeply, and intentionally welcome the energy of the new season.
No meditation or ritual experience is needed. Just come as you are and leave feeling grounded, clear, and restored for the summer.
The Himalayan Salt Cave offers great healing benefits such as stress reduction, skin health and immune support. Benefit from this beautiful halotherapy during this seasonal curated event. Shoes are not allowed in the salt cave.
