Rooted In Belonging - A Family & Systemic Constellations Workshop
The theme of this workshop is Belonging: In Family & Systemic Constellations, everyone and everything is included and everyone belongs which creates a high degree of acceptance for all that has been in the past, all that is in the present and all that will be in the future, including your deepest hopes and desires.
What you'll experience: Family & Systemic Constellations is an interactive and co-creative healing experience that untangles the challenging patterns that shape your life. This workshop guides you to gain insight into the "why" behind your patterns and ultimately shifts these beliefs to support you in greater love, abundance and potential. Uniquely, constellations helps us heal in community, instead of isolation, to create a feeling of belonging. You don't need any prior experience in constellations - only openness and the willingness to explore with heart!
What to expect during the workshop: We will set intentions for ourselves, interact in small groups and constellate as a large group. We will also be in ritual as a community to seal our intentions and bring forth our dreams.
Please bring one object that represents an intention you would like to work with for our collective altar.
