Our NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET is a guided small-group session focused on down regulate stress and restore inner balance.
Through breath awareness, grounding techniques and simple nervous system practices, we support your body in shifting from tension to stability. This session focuses less on discussion and more on embodied regulation.
Suitable for anyone feeling stressed, overstimulated or overwhelmed. Together we create a supportive and open environment.
