Welcome to the Summer Zumba Session +Mat Work, every Monday at 8pm 10 in Mississauga Port Credit! Get ready to experience vibrant energy and dance your way to fitness at G STUDIOZ at 151 Lakeshore Rd W. (We are located upstairs in the church) Enter at red doors.

We will have you grooving to the beat, shaking that booty and breaking a sweat in no time. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to have fun, meet new people, and get in shape all at the same time. See you there! Zumba love, Giselle is you're Zumba instructor. 45min of Zumba and 15min of Mat Work using a mat, your own body weight and even pilates balls.
