About this Event
Join yoga instructor, Sam Kasmer, for a rejuvenating morning of yoga by the lake. Sam is a 200hr certified yoga teacher trained in Vinyasa and Hatha styles. Sam utilizes an hybrid-style approach to her classes, blending the steady, grounding practices of Hatha yoga with the dynamic, flowing sequences of Vinyasa yoga
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, all are welcome to come flow under the sun!
We will meet in the park to the right of First Tee off N Recreation Drive. Sam will be set up with her purple yoga mat.
All classes are weather permitting. Should we have to cancel due to inclement weather, you will be informed via e-mail.
Yoga classes are entirely donation based.
Suggested donation range: $7-$17

Please make sure to:
- Bring your own mat (or beach towel) and any props that you prefer (blocks, straps, etc).
- Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Wear sunscreen and/or bug spray to your preference level.
- Dress for an outdoor practice.
