The most fun, confidence-boosting workout of your life, hunny! Class starts with a warm-up to get your heart rate up and introduce some of our signature dance moves, and then you’ll move into a choreography section. (Think moves you’d see at the club or on a wedding dance!) You’ll break midway through for some toning, and finish out the class with more dancing. Expect to get nice and sweaty, so make sure you’re wearing comfy workout clothes! All classes can be modified for low-impact, but you will be jumping and twerking around, so make sure to wear sneaks.
