This early summer session invites you to radiate and replenish - embracing the warmth, openness, and joy that this season brings while taking time to reconnect with yourself ✨
As we step into summer, life often becomes fuller and more vibrant. Days stretch longer, social energy rises, and we spend more time connecting with others and the world around us. While this season carries a beautiful sense of aliveness and possibility, it can also bring busyness and stimulation.
This session offers a space to gently step back from the pace.
To pause.
To breathe.
To return to yourself.
Through the grounding vibrations of sound, you’re invited to recharge your energy, release accumulated tension, and reconnect with your inner calm - so that you can move through the season feeling nourished, present, and aligned.
Sound becomes a powerful support during this time of expansion, helping the nervous system slow down, settle, and restore balance amidst the brightness of summer.
This session supports you to:
Reconnect with yourself amidst the activity of summer
Recharge your nervous system and restore inner balance
Release mental noise and physical tension
Cultivate presence, joy, and inner clarity
Create space for relaxation, ease, and natural vitality
You’ll simply lie down and allow waves of sound to wash over you. The therapeutic vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and percussion instruments work on every level - physical, mental, emotional, and energetic.
There’s no effort required - just close your eyes and let the sounds guide you into deep rest.
Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows are provided so you can feel fully supported and comfortable throughout the session.
Laura draws on both Eastern sound healing traditions and Western sound therapy techniques to create a grounded, integrative experience for relaxation, reflection, and renewal.
✨ PLEASE ARRIVE 5–10 MINUTES EARLY. NO LATE ENTRY WILL BE PERMITTED. ✨
