☀️ SUMMER SOLSTICE YOGA & SUNSET DIP ☀️Sunday 21st June

Join me for a special Summer Solstice gathering as we celebrate the longest day of the year.
We'll begin with an outdoor yoga practice in the beautiful surroundings of Barrow Park, moving through flowing sequences, sun salutations and heart-opening postures as we honour the light and energy of midsummer.
After yoga, anyone who would like to is welcome to join me for an optional dip at Icklingham. The sun sets at 9.21pm and we'll finish the evening watching the light fade over the water.
You are welcome to come for:
🌞 The yoga only
🌊 The dip only
✨ Or both
No previous yoga experience is necessary. Just bring a mat, some water and a willingness to spend a summer evening outdoors.
For those joining the dip, please bring swimwear, a towel and something warm for afterwards.
Parking is available outside Barrow Village Hall.
