🌞Summer Solstice Yoga Sauna Swim 🌞 Sunday 21st June 4pm -7.30pm.
Please join us as I guide you through 108 sun salutations followed by Sauna and Swim;
Everyone is encouraged to listen to their own bodies and do the right amount for themselves even if that’s 10.
I will be teaching modified versions over the coming weeks and sharing variations of practice on this page to prepare everyone.
The sauna and lake can be enjoyed throughout the session.
The yoga practice is 90minutes starting at 4pm.
The lake and sauna can be enjoyed for another 2 hrs until 7.30pm.
This will be our third year celebrating the solstice at the lake so please come along and bring a dish to share.
