Bereavement Friendship Group - Hosted by the Bexhill Primary Care Network. Hosted on the last Thursday of every month, the next event is:
Thursday 27th August - 10am-1pm.
We warmly invite you to join our Bereavement Support group, a relaxed and welcoming space where you can share memories, talk openly, and connect with others who understand loss.
This is a safe, supportive environment where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
What to expect:
- Friendly, informal conversation
- A supportive and understanding atmosphere.
- Connection with others experiencing bereavement.
- Cold buffet provided
