Come join us for a day of rejuvenation and relaxation at our Summer Solstice Urban Retreat! Located at Ziegrastraße 13, our event offers a peaceful escape from the day to day city life. Take part in our one day retreat, which includes breathwork, a dynamic asana practice, body work and sound. Connecting to our inner-fire with like-minded individuals and embrace the energy of the summer solstice. Don't miss this opportunity to unwind and recharge in the heart of the city!

Your retreat facilitators:
You will be lead by Kat and Eva who are both currently teaching in Green Yoga.
Kat (Katherine) grew up in Hong Kong and has Scottish-Chinese roots. From a young age, she connected to dance and trained in classical ballet & contemporary dance. Her curiousity lead her to try other styles of movement and expression. In the process, yoga became an influential and consistent practice in her life. To deepen her practice, she completed her multi-style YTT through the Living Yoga School in Rishikesh, India. Her aim is to highlight the importance of body awareness by combining her knowledge of yoga and dance to achieve goals with perseverance and diligence. Her passion for sound baths / sound healing came as she was seeking alternative ways for the body to relax without asking anything from it, to enter a state close to peace just by being in the presence of sound.

Eva is a Yoga teacher and contemporary dancer from Belgium, based in Berlin. She completed her YTT at Yogaloft (Ghent, BE) in 2015, and received her BA in contemporary dance from Northern School of Contemporary Dance (Leeds, UK) in 2018. Since then, Eva has been teaching yoga and contemporary dance in different studios in Berlin, as well as performing as a dancer in Germany, Greece and the UK. Eva is further a trainer at Bewegungskollektiv Berlin, where she deepens her understanding of movement by learning from and sharing with others. She’s further interested in internal martial arts, which she practices at Xuan Gong Fu Academy in Berlin. Her classes are a space for fully arriving with ourselves into the present moment through movement, giving us the possibility to connect deeper to ourselves and others by inviting sensing and feeling with clarity.
