The Summer Solstice symbolizes the halfway point of the year. A moment to check in with yourself and reflect on what is working, what is no longer serving you, and what you want to call in moving forward. As the longest day of the year, it invites us to slow down, find stillness, and reconnect before stepping into the second half of the year with intention.This experience will include a grounding yin yoga practice, a deeply restorative yoga nidra meditation, and a peaceful sound bath designed to help you reset, reflect, and realign.
Come give yourself the space to pause, breathe, and find peace within.
What to Expect:
A slow, gentle movement sequence to ground your body and ease into presence
A fully restorative setup—bolsters, blankets, blocks provided—to support deep relaxation
Light essential oils (like lavender or frankincense) to soothe the senses
A meditative sound journey of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding tones to calm the nervous system and open the heart
