Join me for an evening of renewal, recalibration, and energy healing. This sacred Summer Solstice Circle will be honouring the first day of Summer (officially on Sunday June 21st). We will be exploring themes of anchoring into your light, balance, and relaxation.
Holistic refreshments such as granola, dark chocolate, juice, and other nourishing snacks will be served.
The circle will conclude with a reiki sound bath featuring singing bowls, tuning forks, and energy healing. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations, and allow the changing of the seasons to empower you and heal you.
Please arrive a few minutes early to allow yourself time to get settled in. All levels of experience and backgrounds with meditation and spirituality are welcome.
*Please note that this location is not wheelchair accessible. It is on the second floor of an older building, and a staircase is the only way to access the studio.
