About this Event
The Summer Solstice is the year's longest day — a turning point of light, energy, and intention. It's a moment to celebrate how far you've come, release what no longer serves you, and consciously step into the second half of the year.
This special sound bath ceremony is designed to work with the potent energy of the Solstice. You'll be bathed in the resonance of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments as your nervous system drops into a deep, receptive state — the perfect conditions for integration, clarity, and renewal.
Come as you are. Lie down. Let the sound do the work.
What to expect: Approximately 75 minutes. We'll open with a brief Solstice reflection and intention-setting, move into a full immersive sound bath, and close with time to integrate.
What to bring: A yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and anything that makes you feel cozy and supported. Eye masks welcome.
