About this Event

Take some time to slow down and reset during this Summer Solstice Sound Bath at the Eldorado Yoga Ashram.

We’ll begin with a gentle Hatha Yoga practice focused on connecting movement with breath and helping the body unwind after the busyness of daily life. The class is accessible and grounding, with space to move at your own pace.

After yoga, you’ll settle into a sound bath featuring Australian quartz singing bowls, handpan, and ocean drum. The sounds are intended to create a calming atmosphere that supports rest, reflection, and relaxation during the height of the summer season.
