Join us for a fun Plant Forward potluck in beautiful Boulder! Bring your favorite 100% plant-based* dish to share, a copy of the recipe for sharing and learn about evidence-based nutrition. It's all about celebrating tasty, healthy eats that are kind to our health and to our planet. Whether you're a seasoned plant-based cook or just plant curious, everyone’s welcome!

All ages are welcome! Potluck begins at 3 followed by the talk at 3:30 p.m. The Community Meeting room is located on the 2nd floor of the library. Please bring your own plates & utensils.
*No animal-based foods (meat, dairy, eggs, or fish) please. Not sure what to bring? Feel free to reach out or bring some fruit to share.
