Summer Solstice Cacao, Journaling, Sound Bath
Come celebrate the Summer Solstice with a unique experience at Magic Hour Space at Strawberry Creek Park. Join us for a magical Sunday morning filled with cacao ceremony, journaling to set intentions, and a soothing sound bath to relax your mind and body. Connect with like-minded individuals in a serene setting as we welcome one of the longest days of the year. Embrace the energy of the sun and set your intentions for the upcoming summer season. Limited spots available for a more intimate group.
We will be outside for the cacao cirlce and move indoors for the sound bath.

Facilitator
Kate Tran-Lane, is a sound meditation practitioner, transformational coach and founder of Magic Hour Space.
Kate loves to create containers for others to heal, feel at home in themselves, reconnect with their inner wisdom and find inspiration to create.
Many of the ideas behind her healing & creative workshops have been cultivated by her studies with Hatha yoga at Yoga Garden, Kundalini yoga with Yoga Farm, sound healing at the Globe Institute & Master Shree, shamanic practices from Susan Pullen. She is currently finishing up her studies as a Mastery Coach at the Institute of Coaching Mastery.
