About this Event

You are required to obtain a Eventbrite ticket to attend this orientation

Whether walking dogs, socializing with cats, taking photos, greeting people at our Thrift Shop, or chairing events—dedicated volunteers are integrated into our daily operations so we can save more lives than we otherwise could!

This one-hour session is your first step in volunteering at Berkeley Humane! You'll learn about our organization, available volunteer opportunities, and how to get started as a volunteer.

Volunteers who are 12 - 15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who is also registered.

All volunteers are asked to make a minimum commitment of 8 hours per month for 6 months.

Community service volunteers and those completing volunteer hours for school are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you have required volunteer hours to complete, please contact [email protected] for more information.
